Step 1 - Let's assume you will be serving two types of customers:

Step 2 - Let's put a simple value on each customer.
Step 3 - Now, figure out how many of each "customer" you can serve by looking at two different scenarios:
Scenario #1 - One Farmer's Market and One Restaurant

Restaurant Revenue: 1 x $75 = $75
Total - $475 earned per week
Scenario #2 - One Farmer's Market and 10 restaurants
